We worked with Scarlet over several seasons and thoroughly enjoyed her professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. Scarlet worked with us to understand our needs, collect references and ideas, and refine her work based on our feedback. She is very strong in technical details and clever solutions, and truly loves (and creates) good design that is simple, thoughtful and good-looking. She brought us many new ideas over the course of working together, and was responsible for some of our long-lasting, strong-selling items.

Barbara is a phenomenal apparel designer. As part of my R&D team, she brought expertise and insight from her extensive experience in apparel and was able to deliver. She was instrumental in bridging the gap between complex engineering and the world of apparel design, to help in the creation of the Stoko K1. Working with her was a delight as she consistently went the extra mile in her projects and did whatever it took to get the job done. I would recommend Barbara to anyone seeking help with traditional or technical apparel at any stage of design.

Smart, nimble, and calm: the words that immediately come to mind when describing Annika Forde in our time working together on the Cardio Design team at lululemon. Annika was the first of her kind at lulu, where she created a vast array of tools and processes that organized and supported the design team. Her ability to give 110% in her role and take on additional projects was impressive: she eagerly took on design intern hiring and mentoring, sought out projects in sustainability and innovation, and consistently challenged herself and those around her to think unconventionally. Annika made our chaotic lives easier, gave more purpose to process, and shared her passion for product and community along the way. She showed me how impactful one can be in an organization, regardless of title. I know Annika could've flourished in many different roles, but I'm grateful she was on my team as a trustworthy partner.

Scarlet and the team have been an immense pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, deep knowledge in the field and fantastic demeanor throughout my entire redesign process was second to none. She went the extra mile at each step of my process to ensure that everything was in perfect order AND took extra steps along the way to ensure that my project came out top notch, including bringing other members of her team into the project. I would hire Scarlet again in a heartbeat and hope to work with her here in the near future. She's a class act all the way around!

It was a pleasure collaborating and learning from Barbara during her time at tentree. Barbara's rare cross-industry relevance was helpful in creating products for our intended consumer, but also helping us consider new areas of opportunity within the marketplace. She brought a very hands-on, user-centric and visual approach to each project she owned. She subtracts her ego from the design equation, creating commercially viable products with brand integrity and brings exceptional collaboration.

Annika worked for us as a freelance product developer and as a production manager. She has a fantastic attitude, aptitude, speed and efficiency and she worked well with our entire team. She managed our factories and orders closely and kept everyone on calendar to ensure on time delivery to our customers. She was flexible and adaptable and her communication was clear and concise. I would be happy to work with her again.

Scarlet is a top notch freelance designer! Her communication is timely and succinct and deadlines were always met. Frankly there was more than one fast turnaround design that we needed and I always turned to Scarlet. We worked very well together to build briefs that incorporated both our POVs and then she always executed two to three great options to choose from. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat.

Barbara is without a doubt one of the most talented designers I have ever had the privilege of working with. She consistently pushes the envelope for innovative and exciting design in both men's and women's outerwear. She is a delightful personality and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

I worked with Annika for a couple of years while at Aritzia. I was always extremely impressed with her drive to understand the fine details of any project and her determination to deliver on time. Additionally Annika is dedicated to finding the green solution and promoting sustainability. Technically sound and yet willing to ask for help when needed and research where necessary.
